[1]The claimant’s claim for unpaid wages is well-founded and succeeds.[2]The claimant’s claim for unpaid payment in lieu of notice is well-founded and succeeds. REMEDY[1]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the total sum of £3,465.21. This sum is calculated as set out at paragraphs 2 and 3 below.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the gross sum of to the £2,083.33 in respect of unpaid wages.[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the net sum of £1,381.88 in respect of unpaid payment in lieu of notice.
