All claims are struck out, save for complaints 9 and 10 as described below.REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £330 following a preliminary hearing held on 16 January 2024. The Order was sent to the claimant on 9 April 2024. The claimant has failed to pay any of this deposit. Accordingly, the complaints in respect of which that order was made are struck out under rule 39(4) of the ET Rules of Procedure 2013. For the avoidance of doubt, those complaints that are struck out are: all complaints set out at Annex B to the Case Management Orders made on 16 January 2024 and sent to the parties on 9 April 2024 save for complaints 9 and 10.
