JUDGMENT

[1]The First Respondent is not liable to pay the claimant a redundancy payment under the Employment Rights Act 1996.

[2]The Second Respondent is not liable to pay to the claimant any sum in respect of a redundancy payment.

[3]The claimant’s claim that the Second Respondent has failed to make payments to which she is entitled under section 182 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is not well founded and is dismissed.

[4]The claimant’s other claims against the First Respondent are dismissed, having been withdrawn by the claimant.
