JUDGMENT

[1]The parties having agreed terms of settlement, the case is stayed for a period of 28 days to Monday 11 January 2021 to enable terms of settlement to be drafted and signed. In the absence of any application to restore the case by either party by 4:00pm on 11 January 2021, all the claimant’s claims shall be dismissed upon withdrawal. Note: This has been a remote hearing. The parties did not object to the case being heard remotely. The form of remote hearing was V - video. It was not practicable to hold a face to face hearing because of the Covid19 pandemic.
