All of the claimants’ claims are struck out.REASONS
[1]Each claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £20.00 following a preliminary hearing held on 15 October 2024. The Order was sent to the claimants on 25 October 2024. The claimants have both failed to pay the deposits. The complaints of unfair dismissal and for redundancy payments in each claim are therefore all struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 28 November 2024 will not take place.
