JUDGMENT
[1]The claim of unfair dismissal was not presented within the applicable time limit. It was reasonably practicable to do so. The claim of unfair dismissal is therefore dismissed.[2]The claim of discriminatory dismissal pursuant to section 15 of the Equality Act 2010 was not presented within the applicable time limit. It is not just and equitable to extend the time limit. The claim is therefore dismissed.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 10 July 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 25 March 2025• it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing.
