The claimant failed to attend or be represented at the case management preliminary hearing on 23 August 2023; andb. The claimant failed to respond to the Tribunal’s email correspondence of 11 August 2023 timed at 11:45 and of 11 August 2023 timed 13:09 both of which asked the claimant to confirm whether he wished to withdraw his claim in the light of his own email of 11 August 2023 timed at 11:36.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
