JUDGMENT

The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:[1]The claims brought by the 1st claimant, Mr Inkster, are dismissed in accordance with Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024.[2]The claims brought by the 2nd claimant, Mr Burridge, are dismissed in accordance with Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024.[3]The claims brought by the 4th claimant, Mr Rutherford, are dismissed in accordance with Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024. Case Numbers: 2500734/2024, 2500761/2024, 2500762/2024, 2500779/2024, 2500963/2024 & 2500964/2024[4]The claim of unfair dismissal brought by the 3rd claimant, Mr Laidler, is dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant.[5]The claims brought by the 3rd, 5th and 6th claimants, Mr Laidler, Mr C Kinghorn and Mr R Kinghorn, for a protective award under section 188 of the Trade Union & Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 are not well founded and are dismissed.
