JUDGMENT
[1.1]The Claimant’s complaint under regulation 30 Working Time Regulations 1998 (‘WTR’) that the Respondent failed to pay her an amount in lieu of accrued and untaken holiday pay due under regulation 14(2) WTR was not presented before the end of the period of three months beginning with the date the payment should have been made.[1.2]The Tribunal was not satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable for the complaint to be presented before the end of that period or that it was presented within a reasonable period thereafter.[1.3]Accordingly, the proceedings are dismissed.
