JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for unlawful deduction from wages in relation to wages paid to the Claimant on the 27th February 2023 is well-founded as follows:a. The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages in respect of the sum of £460 deducted in relation to damage to a car. The respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £460.b. The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages in respect of the sum of £200 deducted in relation to damage to a car. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £200.c. The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages in respect of an amount deducted in relation to payment of bonus pay. The respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £684.90 in relation to this deduction.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £1,344.90 within 14 days.
