Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the wages of the claimant. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £113.40p in respect of unpaid wages.[2]The claim of unfair dismissal is the subject of a separate order.[3]The hearing scheduled to take place on 24 July 2018 at North Shields Hearing Centre is vacated.REASONS
[1]The claimant filed a claim with the Tribunal on 27 March 2018 which was served on the respondent on 3 April 2018.[2]The respondent filed a response to the claim on 30 April 2018 indicating that it did not defend the claim.[3]The claimant has provided written information to the Tribunal which satisfies me that the above mentioned sum is due to her in respect of the claim of unpaid wages advanced to the Tribunal.
