The claims of unfair and wrongful dismissal are dismissed on withdrawal by the claimantREASONS
[1]The claimant and her two witnesses, by agreement, gave evidence on the first day . On the second I heard one witness for the respondent and most of the evidence of their second witness. At the start of the third day the representatives told me settlement discussions were likely to be successful and I allowed them some time. The parties completed an agreement through ACAS compliant with s203(2)(c) of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The claimant withdrew her claim and agreed to its dismissal.
