Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimant’s complaint that the respondent made deductions from her wages in contravention of section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded. The respondent must pay to the claimant the following amounts:a. £2084, being arrears of pay; andb. £865.62, being arrears of holiday pay.[2]The claimant’s complaint that the respondent breached her contract of employment by terminating it without notice is well founded. The respondent must pay to the claimant £480.90 as damages for breach of contract.
