JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:[1]The claimant’s claim for the unauthorised deduction of wages pursuant to S.13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well-founded. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £93.96. This is a gross award and the claimant shall be liable to the Inland Revenue for any payments of tax and national insurance thereon.[2]The claimant’s claim for accrued and outstanding holiday pay pursuant to Regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 is well-founded. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £876.96.
