[1]By a letter dated 24 September 2018 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because The claimant failed to respond to the Tribunal’s letter dated 7 September 2018 requiring her to inform the Tribunal if she had consent to proceed with the claim from the Administrator. The claimant failed to respond to the Tribunal’s letters dated 20 June 2018 and 7 September 2018 to inform the Tribunal if she wished to proceed with her claim 2500757/2018.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
