JUDGMENT
[1]On 13 August 2020, Employment Judge Jeram listed the matter for a Public Preliminary Hearing at which it would be determined whether the Claimant’s claim has been submitted(a) before the end of three months beginning with the effective date of termination; or(b) within such further period as the Tribunal considers reasonable, where it is satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable for the complaint to be presented before the end of that period of three months.[2]I heard oral evidence from the Claimant and from Ms Mandy Cresswell on behalf of the Respondent and submissions from the Claimant and on behalf of the Respondent.[3]I found that the effective date of termination was 23 October 2019 and accordingly the claim was not submitted before the end of three months beginning with the effective date of termination. I further found that the Claimant had failed to show that it was not reasonably practicable for him to have presented the complaint before the end of that period of three months.[4]The claim shall be dismissed.[5]Neither party requested written reasons.
