JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that the Respondent shall pay the Claimant:a. £365.38 for 7 days holiday taken between 23 December 2017 and 30 December 2017 pursuant to Regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998; andb. £124.38 for 1.7 days accrued but untaken holiday pursuant to Regulation 16 of the Working Time Regulations 1998. This is the gross amount and the Claimant shall account to the appropriate authorities for any income tax and employee National Insurance contributions due in respect of said payment.
