Miss K Rowley and Miss B Myers v J Bordon: 2500585/2025 and 2500586/2025

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2500585/2025, 2500586/2025
Miss K Rowley & Miss B MyersClaimantJacob BordonRespondent
Employment Judge ChildeDate 12 January 2026

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]The Tribunal wrote to the claimants on 15 November 2025 warning them that the Tribunal was considering striking out the claim. This was because it appeared to the Tribunal, applying Rule 38 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024, that the claimants have not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 26 September 2025; the claims had not been actively pursued[2]I am satisfied that the grounds for striking out the claims under Rule 38 apply, and that it would be in accordance with the overriding objective in Rule 3 to strike out the claims.[3]The claims are therefore struck out.
