JUDGMENT

[1]The claim for wrongful dismissal (notice pay) is dismissed, having been presented outside of the statutory time limit in circumstances where the Claimant has not shown that it was not reasonably practicable to have presented it within the statutory period.

[2]The claim for a statutory redundancy payment under section 163 Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded and succeeds. 2.1 The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimants a statutory redundancy payment of £2,736: (£152 x 18)
