JUDGMENT

[1]The following of the claimant’s complaints are dismissed on withdrawal: 1.1. all of the complaints that the respondent subjected him to direct and indirect discrimination and victimisation contrary to the Equality Act 2010; 1.2. all of the complaints that the respondent subjected him to discrimination within section 15 of the Equality Act 2010, other than the complaint about his dismissal; 1.3. the complaint of harassment contrary to the Equality Act 2010 relating to the disciplinary procedure.[2]The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant’s remaining complaints of disability discrimination and disability related harassment contrary to the Equality Act 2010 are not well founded and are dismissed.
