JUDGMENT
[1]By consent, the claimant’s claim of unauthorised deduction of wages for hours worked, but not paid is well-founded and succeeds. The respondent shall pay the claimant £1,226.97 (gross), subject to deduction of tax and National Insurance.[2]The claimant’s other claims of unauthorised deductions from wages are not well-founded and fail.[3]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract (failure to pay notice pay) fails.[4]The claimant’s claim for failure to pay accrued holiday pay is dismissed upon withdrawal. Note: This has been a remote hearing. The parties did not object to the case being heard remotely. The form of remote hearing was V - video. It was not practicable to hold a face to face hearing because of the Covid19 pandemic.
