The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £333.30.[2]The respondent failed to pay the claimant the full amount due to him pursuant to regulation 14f the Working Time Regulations 1998, following the termination of the claimant’s employment. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £526.21.[3]The hearing listed on 14 July 2022 is cancelled.
