JUDGMENT
[1]By consent all proceedings in this matter against the first respondent Danshell Healthcare Limited are dismissed.[2]The claim advanced by the claimant Unison pursuant to Regulation 15 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 alleging breach of Regulation 13 of the said Regulations is dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.[3]For the avoidance of doubt all remaining claims continue against the second respondent (which will hereafter be known as “the Respondent”) and are listed for full hearing on 20-22 June 2017.
