[1]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is well founded and succeeds. A remedy hearing shall take place at Newcastle, by Cloud Video Platform, on 8 September 2023 commencing at 10 am.[2]The claimant’s claim of wrongful dismissal (notice pay) is dismissed upon withdrawal.
