[1]The respondent having failed to present defence and on the basis of the information available to the employment judge, the claimant’s complaint of being subjected to detriment because she had made protected disclosures is wellfounded and succeeds.[2]The preliminary hearing listed on 2nd July 2021 at 2.00pm will be converted to a remedies hearing, with a time estimate of ninety minutes, at which the employment judge will consider what if any remedy should be made available to the claimant.
