The unanimous decision of the Tribunal is as follows:[1]The Tribunal has jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s complaint that the respondent discriminated against him contrary to the Equality Act 2010.[2]The claimant’s complaint that the respondent discriminated against him contrary to the Equality Act 2010 is not well founded. The claim is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s complaints that the respondent subjected him to detriments contrary to section 47B of the Employment Rights Act 1996 are not well founded. The claims are dismissed.
