JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction from wages is well-founded. The claimant is awarded the sum of £15,550.93 gross for the period May 2018 to date.[2]The claimant’s claim for breach of the working time regulations (holiday pay) is also well-founded. The claimant is awarded the sum £3,867.08 gross.

REASONS

[1]The Tribunal considered the claimant’s solicitor’s letter dated 8th May 2019 and heard evidence from the claimant. Her evidence involved some further adjustments to the figures which she was claiming. Following hearing that evidence, the Tribunal ordered the respondent to pay the sums requested by the claimant by way of unpaid wages and outstanding pay as referred to above. EMPLOYMENT JUDGE MARTIN
