JUDGMENT

The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:[1]The claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment pursuant to section 135 of the Employment Right Act 1996 is not well-founded and is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claim for notice pay pursuant to section 86 of the Employment Right Act 1996 is not well-founded and is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s claim for accrued holiday pay pursuant to Regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulation 1998 is not well-founded and is dismissed.[4]The claimant’s claim for the unauthorised deduction of wages pursuant to sections 13 and 23 of the Employment Right Act 1996 is well-founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £27,499.98. This is a gross award and the claimant shall be liable to the Inland Revenue for any tax and national insurant payments thereon. Case No:2500513/2022
