JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:[1]The Claimant’s claim for notice pay is not well-founded and is dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s claim for holiday pay is well-founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £665.00 holiday pay. This is a net award and the Respondent shall be liable to the Inland Revenue for any tax and national insurance payments thereon.[3]The Respondent’s title is amended to Halabja Limited trading as Istanbul Pizza and service is deemed to have been effected.
