JUDGMENT

[1]The complaint of unfair dismissal is upheld and the respondent must pay the claimant £3038.28 as set out below: Basic Award The claimant had two complete years of service and was 41 years of age at the date of dismissal. The maximum gross weekly sum payable at the relevant time was £571 and the multiplier is 2, meaning the basic award is – £1142 Compensatory Award Immediate loss from 7 March 2023 to 20 March 2023 (the date of commencement of employment at greater remuneration) - Loss of earnings £1165.52 Loss of Company Car Benefit £230.76 Loss of Statutory Rights £500 Case Number: 2500483/2023[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £12115.32 gross.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay the claimant £1817.31 gross.[4]The claim for a redundancy payment is dismissed upon withdrawal.[5]The respondent must pay the claimant £16970.91 in total.[6]The claimant is responsible for any figures owed to HMRC in respect of tax or national insurance contributions.
