[1]The Tribunal wrote to the claimant on 17 December 2021 and 18 January 2022 in connection with the claim.[2]On 16 March 2022 the Tribunal wrote again to the claimant. The Tribunal gave notice that it had power to strike out the claim because it had not been actively pursued and gave opportunity to give reasons, in writing, within 14 days, why such an Order should not be made.[3]No reply to any of the above correspondence has been received. The Tribunal therefore Orders the claim to be struck out because it has not been actively pursued.
