JUDGMENT
[1]The claims brought by the second claimant, Ms Gibson, are not well-founded and are dismissed.[2]The following claims brought by the first claimant, Ms Forster (formerly Fisher) are not well-founded and are dismissed:2.1 The claim of harassment related to sex2.2 The claim of victimisation2.3 The claim of unfair dismissal[3]The claim of direct sex discrimination brought by the first claimant, Ms Forster, is well-founded and succeeds in part in that: 3.1 The Respondent, by suspending her and failing to treat her complaints seriously, treated her less favourably than it treated male comparators in materially similar circumstances, such treatment being on grounds of sex.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the first claimant:4.1 compensation for injury to feelings of £16,000.4.2 Interest on that amount of £2,293 calculated as follows:• Award: £16,000• Date of act: 23 September 2024• Calculation date: 9 July 2026• Total period: 654 days• Interest period: 654 days• Interest rate: 8%• Formula: £16,000 x 8% x (654/365)[5]The total amount to be paid to the first claimant is £18,293.
