Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 Rule 37 The following claims are struck out because they have no reasonable prospect of success:[1]The complaint that Ms S Douthwaite subjected the claimant to disability related harassment and thereby contravened the Equality Act 2010 by shouting at him.[2]The complaint that Ms R Douthwaite and/or Ms Bradshaw victimised the claimant and thereby contravened the Equality Act 2010 by saying, “You are only doing this because your father passed away”.[3]The complaint that the respondent contravened the Equality Act 2010 by dismissing the claimant in December 2020.
