JUDGMENT
[1]The claim of unauthorised deductions from wages from pay contrary to Part II Employment Rights Act 1996 bis well-founded. The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s pay in respect of the wages due in relation to November and part of December 2022.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,895.00 in respect of that claim.[3]The claim under the Working Time Regulations 1998 for unpaid, accrued holiday pay, succeeds.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £416.90 in respect of that claim.[5]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the TOTAL sum of £2,311.90.
