ON REMEDIES Judgment on liability having been entered by Employment Judge Garnon on 30th April 23019 in the claimant’s favour on claims of unfair dismissal, breach of contract, unlawful deduction of wages, compensation for untaken annual leave and a redundancy payment, the remedies awarded are as follows:[1]Unauthorised deduction of wages: the respondent shall pay to the claimant £2,266.88.[2]Accrued holiday pay: the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,260.75.[3]Notice pay: the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £887.54.[4]Redundancy payment: the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,524.00[5]Unfair dismissal: the respondent shall pay to the claimant a compensatory award for loss of earnings or future loss of earnings in the sum of £6,656.55.[6]The total to be paid by the respondent to the claimant under the above orders is £12,595.72.
