JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages under s.13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 was not presented to the Employment Tribunal within the time limits contained within s.23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The claim is out of time. The Claim was not presented within a reasonable time after it became practicable for the Claimant to present the claim.[2]The claim for unlawful deduction from wages is therefore dismissed as the Employment Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claim.
