JUDGMENT
[1]The correct name of the respondent is International 365 Coaching Ltd (in voluntary liquidation). The Tribunal’s records shall be amended accordingly.[2]The claimant’s claim for a statutory redundancy payment is well-founded and succeeds. The claimant’s period of continuous employment began on 1 June 2008 and ended on 2 December 2020. The respondent shall pay the claimant 12 weeks’ pay capped at £538.00 per week at a multiplier of 1.5, being a total of £9.684.00. No income tax or National insurance is payable on this award.[3]All the claimant’s other claims are dismissed upon withdrawal. Note: This has been a remote hearing. The parties did not object to the case being heard remotely. It was not practicable to hold a face to face hearing because of the Covid19 pandemic.
