The claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed following a withdrawal by the claimant. The Tribunal therefore does not have jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claims of discrimination arising from disability contrary to section 15 of the Equality Act 2010 or failure to make reasonable adjustments contrary to sections 20 and 21 of the Equality Act 2010. Both claims are dismissed. Note: This has been a remote hearing. The parties did not object to the case being heard remotely. The form of remote hearing was V - video. It was not practicable to hold a face to face hearing because of the Covid19 pandemic.
