[1]The claimant's claim in respect of notice pay is not well-founded and is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay under the Working Time Regulations 1998 is well-founded and succeeds. The respondent shall pay the claimant the gross sum of £45.76 (subject to statutory deductions) in respect of the 4 hours’ annual leave accrued during her employment.[3]It is further ORDERED that the name of the respondent is amended to C&P Catering Limited.
