JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent’s title is amended to Wheel Nut Limited and service is deemed to have been effected.[2]The claimant’s claim for wrongful dismissal is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant one week’s notice pay in the sum of £360.00. This is a gross payment and the claimant shall be liable to the Inland Revenue for tax and national insurance payments thereon.[3]The claimant’s claim for holiday pay under Regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £271.56. This is a gross payment and the claimant shall be liable to the Inland Revenue for any tax and national insurance payments thereon.
