[1]By a letter dated 1 June 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• The Claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 27 April 2022 to provide medical records and an impact statement relating to disability;• The Claimant had not replied to the Tribunal’s letter dated 20 May 2022 asking for confirmation of his intention to withdraw the claim, as notified to the Respondent by email on 18 May 2022;• Did not attend the preliminary hearing listed for 1 June 2022 at 11:30 am or make any contact with the Tribunal about that.[2]The Claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
