The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]On 9 March 2017 the Tribunal issued Case Management Orders to the parties. The Claimant has not complied with any of those Orders;[2]On 5 May 2017 the Tribunal wrote to the parties asking if the case could be dealt with in one day and whether a second day was required. The Claimant did not reply;[3]On 11 May 2017 an Order was issued to the Claimant requiring compliance with the Orders by 17 May 2017 and if not the Tribunal would consider striking out the claim. The Claimant did not reply;[4]By a letter dated 19 May 2017 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued;[5]In the circumstances the claim of unfair dismissal is struck out as it has not been actively pursued by the claimant and pursuant to Rule 37 (1) of Schedule I to the Employment Tribunals (Constitutions and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013;[6]The hearing fixed for 29 June 2017 will not take place.
