JUDGMENT
[1]The claims against the First and Second Respondent are dismissed.[2]The Complaint against the Third Respondent in respect of accrued but untaken holiday pay under Regulation 30 Working Time Regulations is dismissed on withdrawal.[3]By consent, the complaint in respect of a statutory redundancy payment under section 163 Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded and succeeds against the Third Respondent. The Third Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant a redundancy payment in the sum of £1,375.50.[4]By consent, the complaint of breach of contract in respect of the failure to give notice is well founded and succeeds against the Third Respondent. The Third Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant damages in the sum of £917.[5]The total amount the Third Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant is £2,292.50.
