Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the wages of the claimant. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant forthwith the sum of £247.78p unpaid holiday pay.REASONS
[1]The claim was filed on 14 February 2018 and served on the respondent on 15 February 2018.[2]The respondent was required to file a response by 15 March 2018 and has failed to do so.[3]The claimant has filed documents with the Tribunal which satisfy me that the above mentioned sum is due to her from the respondent.[4]The hearing set for 13 April 2018 is cancelled.
