JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s complaints of unfair dismissal, unpaid wages and unpaid holiday pay were not presented to the Employment Tribunal within the period of three months commencing with the effective date of termination of the claimant’s contract of employment. Those claims are out of time and the Employment Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear them. Those claims are dismissed.[2]The claimant’s complaints of unlawful disability discrimination were not presented to the Employment Tribunal within the period of three months beginning with the date of the act complained of.
