JUDGMENT

[1]The complaint that the respondent discriminated against the claimant by failing to provide her with a working printer to use at home is well founded.[2]The complaint that the respondent discriminated against the claimant by Mr Sproat checking 100% of the claimant’s work between March 2024 and 11 March 2025 is not well founded. That complaint is dismissed.[3]The complaints of victimisation under the Equality Act 2010 are not well founded. Those complaints are dismissed.[4]The tribunal does not have jurisdiction to determine the other complaints made under the Equality Act 2010. They are struck out.
