Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the wages of the claimant. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £610.13p in respect of unpaid wages.[2]It is confirmed that the hearing set for 11 April 2018 is cancelled.REASONS
[1]The claimant filed a claim with the Tribunal on 9 February 2018 which was served on the respondent on 12 February 2018.[2]The respondent has failed to file a response to the claim.[3]The claimant has provided written information to the Tribunal which satisfies me that the above mentioned sum is due to him in respect of the claim advanced.
