EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2500203/2024
‘A’Claimant‘C Ltd’Respondent
Employment Judge JeramDate 4 December 2024

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 27 November 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out becausea. the claimant has failed to comply with the Order of the Tribunalb. is not actively pursuing her case and /orc. That as a result of the claimant’s default a fair hearing of each and/or all of the claims may no longer be possible because of the failure to disclose relevant documents and failure to provide evidence.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 9-13 December 2024 will not take place.
