JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of failure to provide a statement of terms and conditions of employment is well founded and succeeds. No compensation is payable to the claimant.[2]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is well-founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay compensation to the claimant for unfair dismissal in the sum of £2,483.13.[3]The claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages is wellfounded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the further sum of £884.94 in respect of wages unlawfully deducted. That sum is to be paid net and the respondent shall be responsible for the payment of any income tax and national insurance contributions thereon.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the further sum of £1,200 in respect of Employment Tribunal fees paid by the claimant.
