Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The following claims advanced by the claimant are well-founded and the claimant is entitled to a remedy:1.1 the claim of unfair dismissal1.2 in the alternative, the claim for a redundancy payment1.3 the claim for breach of contract – in respect of unpaid notice pay.[2]The remedy to which the claimant is entitled will be determined at the hearing set for 31 May 2018 at Teesside Justice Centre, Victoria Square, Middlesbrough, Cleveland TS1 2AS at 9;45am. The length of hearing is reduced to two hours.
